I’m not a professional chef – I’m a 5-star hotel accountant who has spent years surrounded by some of the world’s most talented culinary teams and international guests.

Working behind the scenes in luxury hospitality taught me one thing: food is the world’s universal language. Whether it’s a bowl of Italian Tiramisu, Arabian Khabsa, Bangladeshi Kacchi Biryani, a sweet slice of Arabic Kunafa, or a simple plate of Pakistani Chula Boot, these dishes carry stories, cultures, and traditions that connect people everywhere.
