Ingredients
2cupscookedcold rice (day-old preferred)
1cupcooked chickendiced or shredded
2pcseggs
1cupfrozen peas and carrots
2tbspsoy sauce
2tbspoilvegetable or canola
2clovesgarlicminced

Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and chicken; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Push to one side, scramble eggs on the other.
