Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise or half yogurt for health
  • ¼ tsp White pepper
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 8 slices soft white or whole-wheat bread
  • Thinly sliced cucumbers optional

Instructions
 

  • Place shredded chicken in a bowl.
