- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs for extra crisp texture
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
- 2 tsp olive oil used via mist or brush only
Cut chicken breast into even bite-sized pieces for uniform cooking.
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and chili flakes in a bowl. Coat chicken evenly.
