- 1 lb Chicken Breast cut into long thin strips
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt for marinade
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Avocado oil spray for air frying
In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken strips and coat thoroughly. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Thread each strip onto a wooden skewer.
Press each skewer into the Panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
