Tips and Tricks for the Perfect Spaghetti Carbonara Simple Recipe
• Egg Tempering: Avoid curdling by letting the pasta cool slightly before combining with eggs.
• Fresh Cheese Matters: Pre-grated cheese contains anti-caking agents that can affect sauce texture.
• Quality Bacon or Pancetta: Smoky bacon adds depth, while pancetta gives a traditional Italian flavor.
• Serve Immediately: Carbonara is best enjoyed fresh for maximum creaminess.
• Season Smartly: Freshly cracked black pepper adds aroma and subtle heat.
