Ingredients
  

  • For the Sticky Glaze:
  • 1/3 cup Honey Clover or Wildflower
  • 3 tbsp Low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 cloves Fresh Garlic minced Fresh garlic makes a huge difference here—jarred garlic tends to taste dull and slightly bitter when cooked at high heat. Freshly minced cloves give the sauce its sharp, aromatic kick and that true takeout-style flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Coat: In a medium bowl, pat chicken dry. Toss with salt, pepper, and cornstarch until lightly coated.
  • Sear: Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add chicken in a single layer (do not overcrowd). Cook for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Whisk: While chicken sears, whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic in a small bowl.
  • Glaze: Pour sauce into the skillet. Let it bubble for 1–2 minutes, tossing the chicken until the sauce reduces into a thick, glossy glaze.
  • Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions (optional) and serve immediately.
